Удалить аккаунт в приложении

Самый быстрый способ удалить аккаунт Pacto - сделать это прямо в приложении.

1. Откройте Pacto и войдите в аккаунт.
2. Откройте Профиль.
3. Выберите Удалить аккаунт.
4. Подтвердите запрос на удаление.

Удаление аккаунта удаляет или отвязывает данные аккаунта, которые обрабатывает Pacto: профиль, членство в группах, личные записи пользователя и push-токены. Часть записей может храниться дольше, если это нужно для безопасности, модерации, закона, спорных ситуаций, резервных копий или восстановления.

Запросить удаление через сайт

Если вы не можете открыть приложение, отправьте запрос с email, который связан с аккаунтом Pacto.

• Укажите email входа в Pacto и, если помните, название группы.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your Pacto account is inside the app.

1. Open Pacto and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Deleting an account removes or disconnects account data handled by Pacto, including profile data, group membership, private user records, and push tokens. Some records can be retained when required for security, moderation, legal obligations, dispute handling, backups, or recovery.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot open the app, send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Pacto account.

• Include the email address used for Pacto sign-in and, if possible, your Pacto group name.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Requests are reviewed by support and processed as soon as reasonably possible.

What can be deleted

Deletion can include account profile data, private user records, group membership records, push tokens, and user content controlled by your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Group content that was shared with other members, moderation reports, diagnostics, security logs, backups, and legal records may be kept longer when needed for the reasons described in the Privacy Policy.
